English is our second native language. We also offer German instruction during our classes.
With our A&D Kids app, you can follow everything about your child on a daily basis and send messages to our teachers.
We accept children between the ages of 2 and 6 to our school.
We implement a gradual orientation program for children who have just started school. If necessary, we arrange for a trusted adult, such as a parent or caregiver, to stay at the school. We facilitate our child's adjustment/adaptation process by increasing the number of hours each day.
We meticulously prepare our meal menus, recognizing that a balanced diet is one of the most important elements of development. We cook and serve in our own kitchen in our dining hall, which is beautifully decorated and colored to appeal to children's aesthetic sense. We offer breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks, and we send our updated menu to parents every month.
A nurse is always present at our school. In emergencies, we provide first aid and notify parents immediately. Furthermore, if a medication needs to be administered daily, the nurse personally administers it. We always inform parents of any changes in our child's health (fever, cough, etc.) during the day. We are aware that children who have just started school and have moved from home to a new environment are prone to illness during the first few months, and we maintain the utmost care and attention.
Only small groups benefit. Children are provided with a sense of security by being read to by their teachers in specially designed "sleeping rooms."
We take into consideration the need for our small groups and our children wearing diapers to be ready for toilet training, and we make the necessary behavioral plans regarding toilet training in cooperation with our parents.
If our child will be picked up from school early or with someone else, our parents will inform us. If someone else will be picking up the child, we will see their ID and hand them over to them upon the parent's instructions.
We understand that physical development depends on their ability to move independently. We allow our children to play freely in our natural garden, weather permitting.
Our expert psychological counselor and I work together to support our children's psychosocial, emotional, cognitive, linguistic, and physical development. Fun tests are administered in classrooms, both individually and collectively, to assess children's behavioral and developmental characteristics. The results are evaluated, and parents are invited to the school to share the results with them, following a program established by the school administration.
We plan annual PARENT PARTICIPATION events to allow parents to see their children and their relationships with their peers in the classroom. Our parents carry out a pre-planned activity with their children in the classroom, with the support of our teachers.
At the end of each month, we all celebrate the birth of our children in that month in our cafeteria. Our children create our cake together as part of our KITCHEN ACTIVITY.
Our parents inform us that their child will not be able to come to school that day and the reason for that.
